Helpful staff, nice restaurant, historic building with beautiful decor, decent fitness and spa center, easy parking.

Nothing that I didn't like.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel during my recent skiing trip. The hotel's location is perfect, just a short drive away from the slopes in Borovets. This made it great value for money as we didn't have to waste time traveling. The rooms were kept spotlessly clean, with attention to detail in every aspect, such as the well-appointed bathrooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. The basic amenities, such as the fitness room and hot tub, were a nice touch and provided a quick cool down after a day on the snow. Also, the breakfast offered was more than enough to fuel us for the day.

All was great, nothing to complain about.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Samokov. the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the hotel. Secondly, the location was perfect - just a short distance from the slopes in Borovets. It made getting to the slopes each day a breeze. Lastly, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. They were always on hand to assist with any request. I was impressed with the basic amenities and the spotlessly clean rooms. And not to forget, the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety to choose from.

Start the day with a tasty breakfast, enjoy spa facilities with warm Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room before heading off skiing. the onsite restaurant offers excellent cuisine with a diverse menu that will satisfy all tastes.

The communication with staff in the spa and fitness area could be improved.

The room was beautifully decorated and the included breakfast was delicious with a good variety to choose from. the location was perfect for exploring the nearby national park and historic attractions. We also enjoyed the spa facilities which were clean and well-maintained.

There were some maintenance issues with our room including a broken roller blind and overall shoddy workmanship. the staff seemed inexperienced and entered our room without waiting for us to open the door.

The hotel had a stunning location surrounded by lovely greenery. The spa facilities were great, allowing me to unwind in the sauna and Jacuzzi. The staff was hospitable and ready to assist at every turn. The room was clean and cozy, and I enjoyed the local cuisine at the restaurant.

The room was quite dimly lit despite having ample space. the windows were quite small, making it seem like a basement space.
